We are located in Abbeyleix County Laois in the building that used to house the town's bank, we now produce a different kind of dough i.e. some of the best sourdough and fresh yeast breads in the country.
We bake 11 different kinds of breads, including seven types of sourdough loaves, as well a range of delicious pastries that change regularly depending on what fruits are in season and how creative our bakers are feeling. Our cruffins have to be tried!
